How We Operate
Our Processes

The tried and tested processes we use to deliver cleaning services are certified to the following international standard:
ISO9001 – Quality Management
ISO14001 – Environmental Management
ISO45001 – Health and Safety Management
ISO50001 – Energy Management
These accreditations offer reassurance to clients and prospective clients that an external body inspects our business every year to make sure that we do everything we tell our clients we do.

Recruitment and Retention

Utilising a variety of modern and traditional recruitment methods, our team source, select and employ colleagues across a wide geographical area, matching candidates to the environment. Every cleaning operative is employed directly on a permanent contract; we don’t use any agency or temporary workers.
Training

Every cleaning operative receives full training on every aspect of their role, with our management team working alongside new recruits and experienced colleagues alike to support and nurture the talent we employ. Each colleague is provided refresher training on at least an annual basis.

Sourcing environmentally-friendly materials

We work closely with our local supplier network to source environmentally-friendly and sustainable cleaning materials whilst reducing packaging and the carbon footprint of deliveries. Our systems also allow us to monitor stock levels at each site and prevent operatives from running out of essential products. Every chemical is assessed under COSHH regulations for safe use by our management team.
Contract Management

Our business employs a large management team prioritising spending time at site with our cleaning teams training, monitoring and supporting our colleagues to deliver high standards of service in every sector. The amount of time at each client site is monitored through vehicle tracking.

Quality Monitoring

Our management team inspect the cleaning at every site on a regular basis, from informal ad-hoc checks to scheduled whole-site audits with our client. Every element of the cleaning service is inspected and documented, with fully customised audits and photos sent in real time to our client’s inbox. Each audit generates an overall score which is monitored by our Head Office team to identify trends or opportunities to improve delivery.
Equipment

With more than 30 years experience in maintenace, our own in-house Environmental Technician, Peter Davies and his team will maintain, service, repair and test all electrical cleaning equipment, with contingency equipment available to minimise downtime. Our maintenance department oversee a fleet of more than 50 electric scrubber dryers as well as our stock of Numatic vacuum cleaners and a range of specialist cleaning equipment.

Holiday and Absence Cover

Our Head Office team email our client representative 2-3 weeks ahead of planned absence to advise of a temporary change in the cleaning team and which colleague will be covering, giving peace of mind that the arrangements are already made and service will continue as normal.
